📋 Description Lead leasing and marketing initiatives to boost occupancy Create monthly financial reports Respond to resident complaints promptly Review resident files and address training needs Inspect property for market-ready apartments Oversee preventative maintenance and cost control 🎯 Requirements Minimum 2 years as Property/Community Manager; Class A/B MF assets preferred. HS Diploma required; Bachelor's/Associate ideal; 4–6 yrs MF PM exp + CAM/ARM/CPM a plus. Valid Driver’s License. Strong Marketing/Leasing exp and Fair Housing Laws knowledge. Strong financial reporting, organization, and accounting skills.
