Service Coordinator

📋 Description Coordinate schedules with customers and technicians to arrange timely service calls. Prioritize service calls to maintain an efficient daily schedule. Follow up on service calls to schedule returns, send proposals, and order materials. 🎯 Requirements Well-organized candidate able to manage high-volume calls and emails. Proactive, detail-oriented with strong customer service. Scheduling or dispatching experience preferred. Low-voltage or fire sprinkler experience desirable. Must obtain a Sheriff’s Work Card.
