📋 Description Build and maintain partnerships with schools, youth programs, community centers, social service agencies, local businesses. Participate in outreach events, presentations, info sessions, tabling, festivals, and community fairs. Maintain a consistent monthly outreach schedule and meet required activity levels. Promote opportunities to underserved and underrepresented groups in your area. Lead generation & eligibility preparation: introduce the program to young adults and assess basic eligibility. Maintain strict confidentiality and accurately enter new leads into tracking systems; follow up quickly to maintain momentum. 🎯 Requirements Minimum of a 2-year degree required (Bachelor’s preferred). Experience in community outreach, youth engagement, sales, customer service, recruiting, or similar fields. Strong comfort with online systems, digital communication, and data entry. Ability to work independently with strong follow‑through and time management. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within your assigned county.
