📋 Description Source, negotiate, and close AAA/AA PC/console licensing deals end-to-end. Build and maintain a pipeline of partnerships across core, casual, and kids IP. Structure multi-year licensing agreements to maximize value and revenue. Represent Wizards and Hasbro externally as a partner of choice for game dev. Evaluate opportunities with commercial and creative rigor. Hybrid role: 3 days/week in Renton, WA office. 🎯 Requirements Tenure in video game BD and licensing (PC/console) in AAA/AA space. Proven dealmaker with a track record closing high-value partnerships. Experience across core, casual, and kids/preschool IP portfolios. Deep expertise in licensing structures and multi-year deal economics. Strong industry network across studios, publishers, platforms.
