Implement AI products on time and on budget. Ensure customers achieve the desired business impact post-implementation. Establish credibility with client stakeholders as an AI SME. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in a STEM-related field. 3+ years in a SaaS software environment. 3+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or similar roles. Understanding of AI - Conversational AI, Large Language Models, Generative AI. Growth mindset with curiosity about technology and AI.
