📋 Description Initiate and drive applied science projects with business impact. Develop, deploy, and optimize ML models for supply-side problems. Design and execute marketplace experiments to measure model impact. Analyze data to identify trends and risks in supply health. Collaborate with engineering, PM, and marketing to deploy ML systems in production. Balance speed of execution with scientific rigor in a fast-paced marketplace. 🎯 Requirements Master’s degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent. 3+ years of production ML model ownership. Experience in marketplace, supply chain, or growth domain. ML techniques: classification, regression, embeddings, causal inference. Familiarity with modern LLMs and agentic AI tools.
