📋 Description Lead and mentor a team of BAs; set standards for extracting rules from VistA/MUMPS Prosthetics. Define and standardize BA methodology and playbooks across Prosthetics Delivery. Apply human-centered design: journey mapping, personas, usability testing, co-design. Review BRDs, specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for clarity. Collaborate with VA owners and Governance & Architecture on strategy and scope. Facilitate design thinking and usability testing across Prosthetics workflows. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in Business/Admin, IT, Healthcare Admin, or HCD; Master's preferred. 8+ years as a BA, with leadership in IT or healthcare modernization. Functional understanding of VA VistA and Prosthetics module to extract/validate rules. Experience with HCD methods: research, personas, journey mapping, usability testing. Experience defining/standardizing a BA practice or playbook.
