📋 Description Provide onsite and remote consulting to implement and sustain Intuitive da Vinci and Ion programs. Collaborate with hospital leadership and internal teams to enable program launch and ongoing success. Develop expertise in Intuitive technology, I&A reprocessing, and troubleshooting. Lead training initiatives and manage assigned territory and schedule. Deliver in-person or remote consulting, including staff training, program readiness, and standardization. 🎯 Requirements B.S./B.A. degree preferred or equivalent biomedical training. 5+ years of documented professional experience in healthcare/hospital management. Knowledge of ISO and MDR in reprocessing of reusable medical devices. Experience with complex medical devices; strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present to varying group sizes. Ability to travel overnight up to 70%.
