📋 Description \n \n Analyze and reverse-engineer requirements from the VistA/MUMPS Prosthetics module. \n Conduct stakeholder interviews, workflow analyses, and gap assessments. \n Translate needs into user stories, epics, processes, and acceptance criteria. \n Support legacy VistA/MUMPS healthcare systems and enterprise apps. \n Collaborate with architects, product owners, and project managers. \n Support Agile delivery including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT. \n \n\n 🎯 Requirements \n \n Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline. \n 5+ years as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise IT or healthcare modernization programs. \n Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for complex systems. \n Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and requirements management. \n Functional understanding of VA VistA and Prosthetics workflows to extract and validate rules from system behavior. \n Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and translating business needs into technical solutions; proficient with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio. \n \n\n 🎁 Benefits \n \n Mission-focused work to improve Veteran healthcare. \n Collaborative, growth-oriented team environment. \n Comprehensive benefits package. \n
