📋 Description Own and evolve SEEK Pass's compliance and accreditation roadmap aligned to growth priorities Lead compliance and accreditation projects end-to-end, including ISO 27001 and 42001 Establish scalable governance practices that meet obligations and build stakeholder confidence Champion a proactive culture of risk, security and privacy awareness across all SEEK Pass functions Govern the legal review process, helping teams navigate trade-offs and decision rights efficiently Coordinate annual reviews of risk controls, security penetration tests and fraud prevention activities 🎯 Requirements Relevant experience in compliance, risk, security, privacy or accreditation; enterprise risk background not required Strong project management with proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes Strategic, structured thinker able to zoom in, execute and navigate ambiguity Collaborative communicator able to earn commitment across levels, written and spoken Strong stakeholder management; able to influence cross-functional teams across legal, privacy and engineering End-to-end ISO 27001 accreditation experience; familiarity with APAC regulations 🎁 Benefits Annual Performance Bonus Plan Flexible working, including a mix of office and work-from-home days Paid and unpaid leave benefits including Personal Flexi Days and Volunteer Days Support for parents with 14 weeks paid primary carers leave and 2 weeks paid leave for partners
