Job Description We’re now hiring Property and Casualty Insurance Advisors who want to grow a fulfilling career centered around cultivate strong relationships. In this role, you’ll provide accurate and timely responses to a variety of calls that will include, but not be limited to travel insurance coverage questions and discover the root cause behind a caller’s interest in travel insurance and align their needs with the appropriate product. What we offer: We provide pay of $20.00 per hour + up to $800 per month. This includes assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Need to be available M-F 9:30-7:15pm EST Must have an active property and casualty or personal lines Proficiency in email, preferably MS Outlook is required 1 year of experience in a Call Center is required 1 year of experience in a Sales related role or a role with Sales aspects, is required Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred.
