📋 Description Partner with sales during presales to explain onboarding methodology. Conduct customer discovery to understand business needs; propose implementation plans. Lead the transition from sales to implementation with clear scope and timelines. Serve as a trusted advisor and single point of accountability during onboarding. Monitor delivery progress and coordinate cross-team communication. Proactively manage changes for a smooth onboarding journey. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or client-facing SaaS/tech roles. Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to exec and operations audiences. Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills. Experience managing client expectations and aligning multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
