📋 Description Partner with sales in presales to explain onboarding. Participate in customer discovery to define needs. Lead the sales-to-implementation transition: scope, timelines, roles. Serve as trusted advisor and single accountability during onboarding. Monitor delivery progress and facilitate cross-team communication. Proactively manage changes and risks to ensure onboarding success. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or client-facing SaaS roles. Ability to explain complex concepts to executive and operational audiences. Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills. Experience managing client expectations and aligning multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
