Manager, Integration Delivery - Professional Services

📋 Description Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration consultants delivering implementations. Oversee day-to-day operations and performance across client projects. Ensure consistent delivery methodologies, docs, and best practices. Serve as senior escalation point for client/internal delivery issues. Partner with integration solution consultants to align deliverables with design. Monitor utilization, productivity, and development; manage capacity. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery. 2+ years leading a team of consultants. Experience integrating ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Dynamics. Experience with integration platforms and APIs, middleware, or iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi).
