Senior Manager, Client Lead

📋 Description Own client programs end-to-end from scoping to value delivery. Manage senior enterprise relationships across banking, custody, payments, and digital assets. Serve as the primary client contact across Delivery, Solutions, Product, and Engineering. Identify needs, shape service opportunities, and sell Blockstream services. Partner with Solutions and Delivery leadership to define scope and value. Drive account planning, pipeline development, and service expansion. 🎯 Requirements 7-10 years in client mgmt, account mgmt, or service sales in fintech or tech. Proven success growing enterprise or institutional accounts. Experience selling professional services or complex tech solutions. Trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. Experience in regulated environments such as banking, custody, payments, or capital markets. Languages: Swiss German, German, English; French preferred; Italian a plus.
