Data Scientist

📋 Description Design experiments, test hypotheses, and build models for analysis. Apply statistical and predictive modeling to real-time decision systems. Expand data-driven research across Air and lead new analytics initiatives. Transform client data into repeatable, scalable processes for Air SaaS. Collaborate with internal and external teams on data-driven solutions. Participate in end-to-end software development on an agile team. 🎯 Requirements U.S. Citizenship is required. Bachelor's in CS, CE, Math, Stats or related field; Master’s/PhD preferred. Minimum 3 years hands-on data science experience. Minimum 3 years deriving insights and KPIs for clients. Regular development experience in Python. Experience with data-driven analytics and real-time decision systems. Proven ability to solve loosely defined problems by pattern detection. ML algorithms experience (e.g., gradient-boosted trees, neural nets).
