📋 Description Core member of Product & Engineering driving real-time decisions. Hands-on analyst with large dataset experience and cross-functional work. Support Content Analyst Manager with two offshore teams on split shifts. Manage day-to-day team work, workload prioritization, and performance support. Lead feedback loops and process improvements to reduce rework. Based in Pittsburgh, PA; travel up to 10% may be required. 🎯 Requirements U.S. Citizenship is required 3+ years in content/data operations or data QA roles 1–3+ years leading analysts or data QA teams (offshore) SQL and Python proficiency Experience with structured datasets, logs, validation outputs Familiarity with data QA concepts (sampling, error, trends) Strong coaching skills and ability to raise quality Excellent written communication with auditable reasoning
