📋 Description Join strategic initiative to build a behavioral intelligence platform. Act as the technical authority for platform decisions. Lead data architecture, privacy-preserving systems, and multi-tenant infra. Report to Blend’s Chief Solutions Officer within the delivery team. Define blueprint across cloud data warehouse, clean room infra, embeddings, privacy controls. Guide clean room design and ensure privacy framework compliance. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in data/platform architecture with 3+ years at scale. Deep experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery. Lead technical strategy in high-stakes client contexts. Experience designing for privacy, compliance, or security constraints.
