Senior Product Manager

📋 Description Own the AI coaching product roadmap across coach- and member-facing surfaces. Translate coaching expertise into product features for coaches and members. Improve coaching operations: workflows, matching, progress tracking, capacity. Collaborate with HR buyers and enterprise stakeholders on roadmaps. Lead product discovery and user research with design and researchers. Leverage AI in day-to-day PM work and guide AI value in the product. 🎯 Requirements 5–8 years of product management experience, shipping end-to-end. Deep interest in coaching; experience in HR tech, L&D, or coaching tools. Experience selling to HR/L&D teams; enterprise dynamics. AI as augmentation; strong opinions on where AI adds value. Strong collaborator on research and design; run UXR with design.
