Senior IT Business Analyst (m/f)

📋 Description Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for IT solutions. Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, aligned with Agile practices. Model processes and workflows (UML) to support automation and operational improvements. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams. Manage and refine backlogs, ensuring requirements are complete, prioritized, and development-ready. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration. Our roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities.
