📋 Description Lead observations and feedback to strengthen literacy implementation. Support unit/lesson planning with grade-level teams. Lead lesson study cycles for teachers. Facilitate PLCs for leaders and teachers, including office hour consultations. Analyze student work and formative data to inform instruction. 🎯 Requirements Passion for literacy and science of reading. 5+ years K-5/6-8 literacy teaching with demonstrable results. Experience leading sustained coaching engagements and PD for educators. Experience guiding teams through change management. Proficiency with Google Applications.
