Define requirements for the AI platform with the AI Engineer. Partner on Risk & Data to improve approvals and fraud detection. AI strategy & governance: set evaluation standards and guidelines. Team building: hire and grow a small AI product team. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in product management shipping AI products to production. Hands-on AI: APIs, prompt pipelines, evals, and model outputs. Deep understanding of LLMs: context, tokens, latency, cost, hallucination. Production-grade AI: context quality, specs, verification. SQL and Python proficiency; can prototype without waiting for Eng. English proficiency; bilingual communication.
