Key Holder

📋 Description Provide great customer experience and lead store sales to meet daily targets. Maintain store aesthetics; stock, organize, and follow merchandising plans. Stay up-to-date on brand, product knowledge and events; assist customers. Assist with store operations: opening/closing, returns/store credit, special orders. Be a resource to customers and teammates through product knowledge. Represent Cycle Gear at events and embody company values. 🎯 Requirements 1+ year of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience in retail. 2+ years of sales or customer service experience. Self-starter delivering personalized retail experience. Open mind, eager to learn and ride community. Experience with computers and POS systems, especially RetailPro. Motorcycle riding/knowledge/interest is desired but not required. 🎁 Benefits Hourly base pay plus tiered commission. Additional incentives such as SPIFFS; employee discounts.
