📋 Description Must reside in/near Montgomery County, MD; travel to MCPS up to 4 days/wk. Most weeks are 40 hours; fifth day for planning and PD. Lead classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers and leaders. Conduct model lessons and co-teach with teachers. Provide office hours for leaders and teachers; support planning. Analyze student work and formative data to guide instructional decisions. 🎯 Requirements Passionate about math and problem-based learning. 5+ years of 6-8 math teaching experience with results. Experience leading sustained coaching engagements and PD for educators. Ability to build relationships with leaders at various levels. Experience guiding teams through change management processes. Experience supporting HQIM with diverse students incl IEPS and ELLs.
