Bank Partner Network Manager

📋 Description Own day-to-day support for Qualia's bank partners and their integrations. Act as internal SME for the Bank Partner Network, enabling GTM and CS. Lead end-to-end PM for bank partner integrations—scoping, plans, milestones. Define and track partnership metrics with GTM, Finance, and Ops. Plan and execute field marketing and events for the Bank Partner Network. Deliver regular leadership reports on performance and status. 🎯 Requirements 4–6 years in partnerships, biz dev, or technical program management. Experience managing cross-functional tech integrations with banks/payments from scoping to launch. Strong PM practices/tools; track record delivering multi-workstream programs on time. Knowledge of AI tools (LLMs, AI research) to speed up program mgmt and deliverables. Experience partnering with strategic partners to launch products delivering ops and revenue. Strategic judgment plus hands-on PM to ensure objectives are met. Excellent communication and collaboration with engineering, product, and partners.
