Data Governance Lead

📋 Description Design and roll out enterprise Data Governance Framework. Define policy and standards for data classification, metadata, access. Embed governance into data pipelines, platforms, and product development. Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, GRC, and Data teams. Lead governance initiatives across federated data teams. Drive regulatory compliance and data accountability culture. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in CS, IS, MIS, Software Development, or related field. 5-8 years in data governance or enterprise data management. Deep expertise designing and implementing data governance frameworks. Strong cross-functional leadership across Legal, Privacy, Security, GRC, and Data teams. Proven ability to communicate governance concepts and influence adoption. Familiarity with Collibra, Alation, Informatica and modern data platforms.
