📋 Description Lead Coinbase's global social support across Reddit, X, LinkedIn. Build and lead a high-performance social program across channels. Define crisis playbooks; manage data-breach and scam responses. Elevate real-time listening, triage, and resolution of issues. Partner with Fraud, Product, Trust & Safety, Eng to prevent issues. Oversee escalation workflows from AI to expert responders. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years leading social programs in tech/fintech/crypto. Proven track record managing high-volume social support with public visibility. Experience presenting to C-suite and influencing stakeholders. Partner with Comms/PR/Brand in crisis messaging.
