Proposal Manager - Europe

📋 Description Project manage all RFP/RFI from receipt to final submission using Responsive tools. Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams to develop winning responses. Lead cross-functional alignment calls to define scope, differentiators, and timelines. Draft response deliverables, manage workflows, and perform quality checks for accuracy. Handle multiple proposals and team projects, consistently meeting deadlines. 🎯 Requirements Strong written and oral English communication. 5+ years managing complex RFP/RFI in fast-paced B2B SaaS. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. International business experience and ownership mindset for global ops. Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) incl. Word Styles.
