📋 Description Own program-level delivery across Ripple Treasury implementations. Serve as senior point of contact for sponsors and execs on scope and timelines. Develop and maintain program plans, RAID logs, and reporting. Identify cross-project dependencies and risks; drive issue resolution. Facilitate executive status updates and steering committee reviews. Partner with PMs on engagements, mentoring and quality oversight. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in program or project management, incl. enterprise SaaS deployments. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-solution programs with remote/global teams. Strong collaborator management across levels, including C-suite sponsors. Experience with internal delivery teams and third-party partners. Treasury domain knowledge; Ripple Treasury (GTreasury), Kyriba, ION a plus.
