Improve pay-in acceptance across cards and transfers, with fraud rules. Design real-time routing to select the best rail by segment and risk. Build scalable fiat solutions for institutional clients (seg accounts, bulk APIs). 🎯 Requirements 7–10+ years in product leadership in payments or core banking. Proven scaling of cross-border rails in real-time, high-volume. Direct bank integrations and commercial partnership negotiations. Led payment orchestration and dynamic routing in production. Fiat solutions for institutions: segregated accounts, wires, bulk APIs.
