📋 Description Own senior/executive stakeholder communications; negotiate scope/timeline. Review and transform complex financial datasets for platform import. Advise strategic customers on data structures for onboarding and performance. Act as the senior escalation point for complex/high-risk onboarding. Identify and lead systemic-change initiatives: automation and tooling. Delegate and coach junior Onboarding Managers on prioritization and QA. Build partnerships across PM, Product, Eng, CS; create AI onboarding workflows. Build scalable AI workflows to automate team-wide processes. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in data-heavy finance roles (investment banking, consulting, private markets). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proven track record managing executive-level customer relationships for enterprise/global accounts. Experience designing AI workflows across tools/data sources with measurable outcomes. Proven data-quality risk management at scale; QA reviews.
