Compliance Officer

📋 Description Design and execute periodic compliance tests for earned wage access. Build populations from source systems and document sampling. Retain source data and produce regulator-ready work papers end-to-end. Assess activity against UDAAP, ECOA, Reg B, and Reg E. Manage findings: log exceptions, assign owners, track remediation. Maintain an up-to-date license/registration inventory and compliance calendar. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in compliance, audit, or regulatory ops in fintech/banking. Direct experience with documented work papers or filings. Knowledge of UDAAP, ECOA, Reg B, Reg E; EFTA/TILA a plus. Strong organizational and documentation skills for multiple obligations.
