Data Architect - Talent Pipeline

📋 Description Lead the architecture, assessment, and modernization of enterprise Snowflake data platforms. Define current-state and target-state architectures across ingestion, storage, governance, and security. Lead inventories of Python, SQL, and stored-procedure pipelines; classify workloads. Analyze Snowflake usage telemetry to establish cost and performance baselines. Recommend modernization using set-based processing, Dynamic Tables, Streams/Tasks, Snowpark, dbt. Design scalable data models, governed data domains, semantic layers for analytics and AI. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in data architecture or senior technical roles. 2-4 years deep Snowflake architecture and implementation experience. Proven experience designing and modernizing enterprise Snowflake platforms. Expert SQL and strong Python skills. Experience with dbt and data pipelines/orchestration (Fivetran, Kafka, Airflow). Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
