📋 Description Own the how, not just the what: set direction and standards. Build and maintain Jane's customer data infrastructure end-to-end. Collaborate with marketing, analytics, BI, and product stakeholders. Guide tooling strategy for the collection layer and ingestion. Establish instrumentation standards across engineering, product, and marketing. Own identity resolution and attribution at the collection layer. 🎯 Requirements Degree in CS or STEM with staff-level data engineering experience. Ability to lead strategy and execution across teams. Experience evaluating or implementing Customer Data Platforms. Experience with privacy-compliant tracking and consent management. Strong opinions on schema design, event taxonomy, and data quality. Experience with identity resolution, attribution, or cross-domain tracking. 🎁 Benefits Salary range: $152k–$237.5k USD. Starting salary around $180,500 for accomplished level.
