Principal - Licence Expansion

📋 Description Lead licensing strategy and regulatory engagement for each target market. Own licence applications and authorisation processes end-to-end. Operationalise licences with Compliance, Product, Finance, and Treasury. Establish local entities and hiring plans to meet regulatory obligations. Track budgets, risks, and timelines; report to Head of Global Expansion and senior leadership. 🎯 Requirements 5–10 years in legal, regulatory compliance, or consulting in fintech/payments. Strong knowledge of stablecoin and digital asset regulation across APAC/EMEA/Americas. Proven experience managing cross-jurisdiction licensing or regulatory authorisation projects. Track record of operationalising regulatory requirements, not just advisory. Strong commercial awareness and project management skills.
