Risk Partnerships Manager, Stablecoin

📋 Description Lead risk initiatives with global partners to build opportunities and ensure compliance. Oversee and maintain relationships with key risk and compliance counterparts. Develop and manage projects that support strong partner relationships on risk. Deliver business and policy recommendations to inform our risk posture. Represent and negotiate our risk/compliance approach with banking partners. Lead risk/compliance discussions with partners to align on risk approaches. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in risk/fraud/compliance with partners at banks/fintechs. Deep knowledge of risk/compliance for crypto and stablecoins. Ability to represent Stripe on risk/compliance with financial partners. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills. Curiosity and partnership mindset to scale processes. Knowledge of KYC/AML, sanctions, and BSA/AML regulations.
