Lease Data Quality Specialist

📋 Description Review lease file audits to identify missing or non-compliant data. Make corrections in Entrata (terms, charges, documents, compliance). Upload and organize lease documents to meet standards. Communicate with onsite teams, auditors, and managers to clarify discrepancies. Verify corrections meet internal policies. Track and document corrections to maintain audit readiness. 🎯 Requirements Experience with property management systems (leasing, resident mgmt, accounting, docs). Strong understanding of lease agreements, addenda, and PM docs. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Able to interpret audit findings and translate into corrections.
