Practice impact and field intelligence: turn patterns into playbooks; share with Product. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS; hands-on coding. Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js; production-grade backend code. APIs, data pipelines, ETL, integration patterns, and data modeling. SQL proficiency and strong data modeling. Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
