Third Party Risk Officer

📋 Description Provide independent oversight of the TPRM lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding). Challenge first-line risk assessments and escalate material findings. Maintain enterprise-wide TPRM inventory and data accuracy. Identify emerging risks in the third-party portfolio. Own and align TPRM policy, framework, and regulatory guidance. Lead ROC reporting and MIS dashboards for TPRM to senior management. 🎯 Requirements Minimum of 5 years in third-party/vendor risk management in regulated financial services. Experience in a second-line function with risk governance committees. Strong knowledge of BSP regulatory frameworks. Proven ability to present board- or committee-level risk reporting. Experience managing the full TPRM lifecycle (due diligence, monitoring, offboarding). Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, Law, IT, or related field.
